Designing

The construction department of the Ard Machine Company is specialized in the field of designing the buildings including production halls and silos for mixing, damping and storing flour and bran, storehouses, etc. Departments of engineering drawing, electricity and control coordinately work together in the fields of designing the production process, offering the machineries, providing the mill diagram, designing the control systems and automation of the production line with the minimum personnel requirement.

Consulting Engineering

Providing the consulting engineering services for the clients who intend to construct the flour mill and also giving advice to the active factories which need to whether increase their production capacity or improve their products quality. The areas of these consulting engineering services include: construction, production, machineries, electricity, control and all issues related to the flour mills.

After-Sales Services

During the warranty period, our department of “after-sales services” will be constantly in touch with costumer’s factory. This department will have continuous contact with the factory during the period of “after-sales services”. Whether during the warranty period or after that, all spare parts required for the machineries will be sent to the related sectors in the least possible time and by the coordination and collaboration of the experts in the department of “after-sales services”.

Training

During installation and delivery time, our experts provide trainees with the practical training on how to operate and adjust the machineries. Upon the buyer’s request, after establishing and activating the factory, the technicians of ArdMachine Company (including technical and milling technicians) will present in their factory and train the related personnel on how to mill and produce the different types of flour, how to keep machineries and how to disassemble and assemble the replaceable parts. Moreover, Ard Machine Company is ready to hold the training courses for the personnel of the related factory if requested by the purchaser.

Installation and Start-up

The drawing department of Ard Machine Company provides all of installation maps of the machineries by utilizing advanced computer softwares. Our qualified installation personnel, with the continuous supervision of experienced engineers, will do the installation according to the detailed maps at their earliest. Then, the process of start-up, based on the different steps of delivering the different types of flour, will be accomplished by the professional team, in accordance with the standards mentioned in the contract.
